If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and implement such feedback without obligation to you.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pro Plan Subscription

By subscribing to our Pro plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

5.2 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro plan subscriptions. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIO STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bio Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
